If you are a Google Pixel user, you would have noticed that the device's Bluetooth do turn off on its own after sometime, and when you do turn it on again, it will switch off again. Google has officially announced last month, February 2017, that they are also aware of the bug and had fixed it.
I'm happy to tell you Pixel user that Google has finally fixed the bug and that it will be rolled out to the device shortly. Google officially made it known to the public that it has finished putting the fix in place and that affected devices should be working properly now.
Moreover, there is no action required by the user, you don't need to perform a system update or anything. The bug has been fixed and installed automatically in all affected Pixel smartphones.
Google confirmed that it is a server-side update and it's likely that the fix was installed through Google Play Services update, which happens automatically in the background.
Any other Pixel devices affected by this should likely get fixed too. You can check again to confirm if the problem persists.
