Facebook has finally rolled out the lite version of the regular Facebook Messenger app, called
Messenger Lite. Messenger Lite has been rolled out on Playstore and it's available for download in Nigeria and about 150+ countries.
Messenger Lite was designed to work in slow network conditions. Also, if you feel that the regular Messenger app is too heavy or consumes more data and/or drains your battery so quickly, then, you should Download Messenger Lite now.
